When four classmates from the Massachusetts College move to New York to try to break through, they are without money, lost, and drives them only by their friendship and ambition. There's a kind Will, a beginning actor; a bright, sometimes cruel painter who wants to succeed in the world of art; troubled architect Malcolm, unfortunate in a top company; and reserved, brilliant, mysterious lawyer Jude, around whom their lives turn… Little life is a story of sexual orientation, abuse and self -harm, about love and dedication, cruelty and inability to fight fate.
