The fifth part of the book We cook according to Herbarus symbolically closes a series of culinary bestsellers from Czech herbs. Kateřina Winterová presents other delicacies from the show Herbar, which she discovered in archives and gained from witnesses or interesting bloggers and which she invented herself in the processing of the harvest. She tried ancient recipes based on a field or garden harvest, prepared carnival and Easter dishes, baked ceremonial bread and Christmas cookies, also gluten -free pastries and various types of bread, mixed the spice of the mix Nature collected and grown. She invited interesting guests to cooperate. We will also look into the organic farm and learn why to choose the original Czech varieties. Of course, there is a herbarium with more than 30 herbs and crops. Anyone who cooks according to Herbar will surely appreciate the registers of food from the four previous books.
