Falun Gong represents one of the ways of personality cultivation, based on the traditions of Buddhism. The author tries to bring this doctrine closer to the Western reader. His book is divided into three parts: the theoretical part, which details the philosophical foundations of this method, the practical part, which contains a number of illustrative photos of the basic exercises, and the discussion part, in which the author Li Hongzhi answers various questions from practitioners, and thus sheds more light on some important chapters of the book.
