Falun Gong is one of the ways of cultivating a personality based on the traditions of Buddhism. The author tries to bring this doctrine closer to the Western reader. His book is divided into three parts: theoretical, which presents in detail the philosophical foundations of this method, as well as practical, containing a number of illustrative photographs of basic exercises and discussion, in which the author Li Hongzhi answers various questions of practitioners, thus explaining some important chapters of the book.
