Publications on herbs and spices are a practical counselor for all of age and sex. After all, each of us will affect some of us here and there, we all like to eat, and most of all we often cook. And it is not possible without spices. The author did not want to go far, so she decided to stay on Czech meadows, forest stands, gardens and balconies and included plants exclusively in the publication. For easier orientation, the guide is sorted alphabetically and is provided with symbols where we can find or harvest here or that medicine. As a bonus, the author adds five personal experiences, where nature has helped her in the treatment of varicose veins, burns or cleansing the organism.
