Since January 2021, almost the entire existing regulation of commercial corporations - from common provisions to individual types of commercial companies (public company, limited company, limited liability company, joint -stock company) to cooperatives that changed in July 2020 . Some changes only refine the existing rules, but some bring completely new content (division of profit, payment of advances, position of partners, statutory bodies, strengthening transparency). In addition to the Business Corporations Act, the Act on the European Company and the Act on Transformations of Business Companies and Cooperatives is also amending. All changes are highlighted in bold, the ZOK register has also been updated. The publication contains the current wording of another ten regulations - the offer of acceptance, the European company, the transparency of joint stock companies and others.
