The coaching inn has always been a symbol of the journey, stop and continuation. Author Martin Jiskra traveled his life with a spoon in his hand to eventually stop and start building his own business. His devotion and enthusiasm for the craft gave rise to honest Czech dishes, where new guests go to the coaching inn at Sparks today and daily. Recipes, influenced by contemporary refinement Europe, for you the chef cooked the spark, tasted, cooked and wrote in a cookbook, over which many souls of the boarder-reader. There are also nine special menus such as "dumplings heaven", "Trip" (dedicated to jerky meat) or menu inspired by M. D. Rettig.
