The house of a five -member family is currently a crime scene: four of them are brutally murdered, the remaining - a sixteen -year -old girl - has disappeared. Has she was lucky and managed to escape? Or is her disappearance evidence of something scary? The case is investigated by detective D. D. Warren, as well as the avenger Flora Dane.
