One-component dispersion adhesive with quick setting, modified fillers and additives containing polyvinyl alcohol.

Properties

• On the basis of an aqueous dispersion with a characteristic smell (PVAC);
• Non-toxic, non-flammable, non-explosive, hygienic and harmless;
• Transparent after curing;
• Meets the conditions for stress according to the ČSN EN 204 standard for class D3;
• It is characterized by high initial stickiness and a significantly short time to reach final strength;
• The adhesive film after drying is relatively hard, brittle and non-adhesive;
• Safe contact with food - does not contain dangerous substances;

Usage

• Suitable for gluing assembly and circuit boards (pinning, joint);
• Gluing of hardwoods, veneers, frames, elongated glued joints (zinc), for manufacturers of windows, doors, kitchen furniture, parquet and for carpentry work, gluing of wooden toys;
• Glues hard and soft wood, chipboard and pulp-based agglomerated materials;
• The glued joint may be exposed indoors to short-term exposure to water or condensation of water vapor or long-term increased air humidity;
• In exteriors, it requires protection from direct climatic influences (covering, protective coating, etc.)
