Young chef Martin Legeza has selected his best recipes and compiled them according to individual seasons - he always selects and cooks from what ripens in a given month, or what is typical for a given month. And since he is still studying and his year therefore unfolds from the beginning of the school year to the holidays, he starts in September with what was prepared at his home for the first day of school, and continues through "his" year until the holidays and the meals she cooked for him during the holidays grandmother. Of course, she can't forget about St. Martin's celebrations, Christmas and even "new" holidays, so she includes, for example, recipes for the Valentine's menu in her cookbook.
