The most comprehensive cookbook of the author of book bestsellers Roman Vaněk from the workshop of the Prague Culinary Institute. In this magnificent publication, the co -author of Vaňk's wife Jan, who has worked on all his previous books for the first time.
The book contains 762 photos and 431 step -by -step recipes is clearly classified in 23 chapters. It is divided into two parts of two types of paper - an imaginary “photo -foot” of our country and a large recipe part.
For a long time we wanted to create one big cookbook containing classic recipes of Czech and Moravian cuisine.
After the experience of writing previous books, we described even better and in detail step by step classical dishes of Czech and Moravian cuisine so that it can handle it with an overview and an absolute beginner and professionals became a relevant inspiration.
