Aquamin contains a high proportion of calcium, magnesium, selenium, zinc and 70 other minerals. The mutual interaction between these substances together with high bioavailability makes Aquamin a unique "bioactive complex". This complex is suitable for osteoporosis, for maintaining the normal quality of bones and teeth, for normal muscle activity and for supporting the function of the digestive system. It is a suitable supplement for active athletes, but also for children in periods of rapid growth.
Due to its plant origin, it is also suitable for vegetarians, vegans, macrobiotics and supporters of BIO-food. The contents of the capsule can be poured out and mixed into food or drink.

Ingredients: Aquamin from the seaweed Lithothamnion sp. (natural source of calcium - calcium carbonate, natural source of magnesium - magnesium hydroxide), gelatin (capsule/capsule)

Recommended dosage: 1 - 2 capsules 1 - 2 times a day. For preventive use, we recommend 1 capsule per day, for therapeutic use up to 4 capsules per day.

Storage: Store in a dry place at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in the cold.

General warnings: Food supplement. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Store out of reach of children. It does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
