super meals, simple procedures!

The new cookbook freely follows the previous title Super simply, but this time exclusively with recipes that do not contain meat. It may be surprising, but we want to offer a reasonable alternative to meatless meals that will saturate the ordinary boarder with their taste, variety and saturation. Safely delights the staunch carnivores.
All meals are simple to prepare, we remained faithful to the concept, when we realize that not everyone has enough time and determination to spend half a day at the stove. Behindless cuisine may require a little more ingredients, but don't worry, you can get all safely in the supermarket.
With the selection of raw materials we remained in the more traditional ingredients in their natural form. I still like the saying that the best cook is the mother of nature. The meatless kitchen does not need any substitutes. Its variety and attractiveness can be achieved differently and more naturally.
The book is designed for all who want to either balance their diet with a hearty -free diet, or for those of you who are looking for meatless food increasingly, or serve as an inspiration for those who are eating without meat.
