Omega 3 fish oil 1000 mg is obtained from fish living in pristine Arctic waters. It is rich in biologically active forms of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA). While EPA contributes to the normal function of the heart and blood vessels, DHA supports normal brain and vision function and promotes mental vitality. Omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids support emotional well-being. Due to the low consumption of fish in our country, we recommend using fish oil as an ideal source of omega-3. The optimal effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
