Failed writer Fausto leaves after breaking up with a long -time partner Milan and finds refuge in a mountain village. Unexpectedly, he gets the place of a chef in a small restaurant popular near Horalů and guided Heart Babette. She, too, escaped from the city years ago and brought a little friendliness to the village. In the new novel, the author draws pictures from the everyday life of the locals, in which he, along with changes in the seasons, also records the transformation of human desires and dreams.
