The book is intended for both those who want to reasonably reduce weight or are in the phase of maintaining kilograms, as well as chronic dietaries who often lose their lives and know that maintaining weight loss is more demanding than weight reduction itself. Creative diet. In the recipe, the reader finds that there is no need to make any dramatic changes during weight loss and that the food will remain a pleasure. The author Hana Málková tries to convert weight loss from holding unilateral diets to a natural state when she eats a varied diet that gives the body everything she needs.
