"You don't hide anything from horses, they have a level of sensitivity to us that we don't have either for another," says horses and coach Grant Golllher. During his many years of experience in working with horses, he gained a lot of knowledge about communication, boundaries, fairness, trust and respect, which concern not only horses but also people. In order to pay attention to others and treat them with emotion, we do not need any special skill or qualifications. We need humility and willingness to learn. We tend to be easily distracted or dive into our own thoughts and feelings. We have hints that we have right in front of our eyes. Or if we notice them, we will interpret them badly because we look at them with a filter of our own emotions. To tune in to others and pay enough attention to them to sense what is happening under the surface is as natural and ancient as harmony between horses, people on their backs and nature. Invising horses is not magic. It is only a development of voluntary partnerships based on mutual trust and respect. It is an approach whose acquisition will be beneficial to anyone who wants to better understand people and humanity, overcome trauma, experience full -fledged relationships and release the unused potential of their life.
