Tire Repair Kit OD2224

This kit is the ideal solution for quick repairs to tubeless tires without the need to remove the casing from the disc. It is suitable for:

• cars
• motto
• quadricycles
• other tubeless tires

Instructions for use

1. Find where the tire is punctured and remove the object that caused the puncture (if still in the tire).
2. Insert the reamer (awl / drill) into the hole and pull it up and down - until it passes through the hole easily. This clears and prepares the hole.
3. Put the wick stripped of the protective film through the opening of the fork and apply the vulcanizing solution to it.
4. Insert the fork with the wick attached into the hole so that half of it remains on the outside of the tire. Then turn the fork 1/4 and pull it out slowly.
5. Cut off the rest of the wick as close to the tire as possible.

• Warning

  This kit can only be used for tire tread repairs. Cannot be used for tire sidewall repairs.
